ThinkBike Whistler | Schedule
ThinkBike Whistler | Guided Rides
Twice per day along with access to the Whistler Bike Park on June 1 and 2.
Our seasoned local guides will lead you on a different single-track adventure each morning, leaving at 10 am along with afternoon rides that depart at 1 pm. These rides will be for riders of all abilities and offer a great overview of the riding in the region. Riders will be responsible for their own repairs and supplies for the tours. Many of our guides are the actual trail-builders for many of the trails you will ride while at ThinkBike Whistler and will offer great stories and local culture to the mix.
Thinkbike will also feature aspects of the MTB culture that have helped make the area so special.
Thinkbike Whistler | Talk Dirty To Me
This will be an exciting night as Trail Builders who have created many of the classic trails in the valley speak about their inspiration, vision and challenges along the way.
Featuring old school, new school and some great interaction. These will be short 10 minute presentations followed by a brief Q/A.
ThinkBike Whistler | Our Dirty History
A light hearted and fun night partnering with the Whistler Museum and Archives society. Slideshows, Video’s, Rant’s and of course beer and a burger. Location- TBD
ThinkBike Whistler | Kids Experience
For the first time, we will for the first time offer riding experiences and demo’s for kids. There will be skills camps for kids offered both through WORCA and the WB DFX Program for Friday, June 2 and Saturday, June 3 only.
Thinkbike Whistler | Trail Project
We will search for a needy section of trail to upgrade or re-route for the event and have opportunities for participants to get their hands dirty for a couple of hours helping to create this legacy from the event. Working with our partners BC Bike Race and Whistler Trail Solutions on this program which will select a different trail annually.
